Ordering:
This site is equipped for ecommerce. All information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer. If you prefer, you may call, fax or email us to place your order.
Our minimum order is $200USD.
Minimum reorder is $100USD. A surcharge of $5 will be added to shipping on reorders under $100.

Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 working days for items in stock. A surcharge of $5 will be added to shipping on reorders under $100.

International orders:
We welcome and accept international orders so long as you have a valid credit card in the name of the buyer. Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping location and you will be notified of these charges prior to shipment of your order.

Return Policy:
• Returns are accepted within 2 weeks from receipt of the order. All damages and shortages must be
  reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
• All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number which we will assign upon approval of your return.
  RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  PLEASE WRITE THE RA NUMBER ON THE BOX.
• Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
• We will notify you by email once your return is processed.
• Return merchandise must be unused and in the condition it was received.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for

Cancellation:
Credit Card charges are made only when the order is ready to ship. Any order cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded in full. If your order is in transit, our return policy as stated above will apply.

We do not participate in the sale or distribution of any information collected from this website. We will only use it to advise you of new products and seasonal sale promotions.
